There are two answers to that question. First, all of our iOS integrations are using the standard USB/Dock cable. Users can stream audio-only via bluetooth, but the full experience requires a wired connection.
Second, all of our Android integrations are using bluetooth, but when you set up the connection on the head-unit you can choose which bluetooth signal to connect to.

Hmm.. so this is all about Honda providing a device that supports a remote application API over an USB transport layer API for an Android application?
-Bluetooth being another transport layer with lower bit rates.
How about for PCs? Are there plans for an interface for a tethered Android? Normally you can use a high quality audio card in a PC whereas to date the phones audio quality is dismal.
Until, that is, someone decides to provide an API for hooking audio devices over the Android USB which sounds to me like something up your alley.
