I thought I'd pull these out from another thread for consideration.

As always, I approach these from a graphic designer's perspective, always with the intention of being 100% "production-ready" and complete believability in rendering. So with that in mind...

On the red, "Type TOV" sedan, there are a few subtle changes to look for, which hopefully, when taken in total, refine a competent if unremarkable "flagship" design:

1. Lowered hood with leading edge moved forward.
2. Slightly more aggressive, rearward angle to grille.
3. Upgraded wheel and brake package.
4. Front axle moved forward 3 inches.
5. Subtly-flared rocker panel trim.
6. Rear passenger compartment extended 2 inches to allow for a reclining rear seat option.
7. Crease in bodywork extended through the rear door terminating under gas cap.
8. Gas cap moved rearward 1 inch.
9. Rear overhang beyond taillights reduced 2 inches w/slightly shortened rear deck.
10. Satin-finish door handle and window trim.
11. TOV-Signature, "Boy-Racer Red Mica." ;-)

The GT "Coupe" builds upon the refinements made to the Sedan. Some things to look for include:

1. Roof line lowered approximately an inch and a half w/roof antenna.
2. Revised, more sporting front fascia (ILX concept style) which relates more closely to the rear exhaust treatment with a diamond mesh pattern and accented in chrome.
3. Steeply-raked C-pillar forms a rear hatch opening and shortened rear deck lid. The shortened rear deck can accommodate an accessory spoiler or possible "active-aero" spoiler.
4. The lip of the deck lid is angled forward, a more prominent Acura badge has been added and the rear bumper cover has been drawn inward. Less "protrusion" aids the coupe look.
5. An additional rear-quarter window has been added to increase visibility. It is framed in satin chrome with a slight upturn for "visual lift." The sweeping downward motion of the window is continued by the under-arch of the tail lights.
6. A circular fuel-filler cap replaces the rounded-corner rectangle and echoes the curved roof theme. Moved rearward to create some distance between the crease extended into the rear quarter panel. Circles are less attention-getting than squares as they have less of a perimeter line.
7. Side mirrors are more low-profile and are extended rearward. I considered the possibility of entirely black or even satin-chrome mirror housings, a la RS4.
8. Suspension lowered approximately 1/2 inch.
9. Paint color, "Shoreline Mist Metallic" presents a more modern and sophisticated choice of a warm color than a characterless champagne beige. It's more dynamic, with different hues displayed in changing light conditions throughout the day. Its "light value" is compatible with either a black or tan interior color combination.
10. A black interior with some type of traditional Japanese wood (Cherry?) with a matte finish, and delicately arching strips of metal suggesting a katana sword would be my ideal thematic choice. Imagine a door with trim accents suggesting a sword, partially sheathed in matte wood, and you'd get the right picture. Door pulls might be leather-wrapped, suggesting the woven grip of a sword.

"Respectfully submitted to Messrs. Toshinobu Minami and Yoshinori Asahi."

PS: Here is a concept comparison to scale (sedan vs. sedan; subtle modifications change Zero to Hero) assuming an increase in wheelbase of 2 inches but no overall change in length. The red is removed so the color does not distract.
