Judging from the pictures:
Exterior is not as spectacular as one can hope, but it's not bad. Slightly bland but not bad.
Interior seems great too, but I suppose it's the material feel that will determine if it's up to LS, 7 series and S class levels.
Rear legroom issues seems to have been well addressed.
In the front, all in all is great. I could still wish for bigger screens like a 10" and a 8" lower touch screen but I guess a MMC can address this.
What may be missing:
Rear cooled and heated seats.
I didn't see any controls. Surely it should have them, it would be a big no no if it didn't.
Reclining back seats?
Again, I didn't see any controls for this so I suppose it doesn't have them either but this isn't a biggie.
No rear seat displays on the front headrest?
I suppose by now most folks have some kinda of tablet/smartphone so most folks don't need it, but at least for a concept car it should be shown.
No panoramic roof?
Again, it can remain an option but at least display it for the concept car.
No cameras?
Perhaps only on the concept, but by now it should have rear view and side view cameras.

It is so bland i'm falling asleep typing this. Reminds me of a 90's LS400. Think i saw the lexus es designers chuckle in a corner reenacting back to the future. Can they kill it b4 launch like the hsv? haha wishful thinking.... horrible overall interior but it has nice touches i.e. stalks, dual screens, gear lever, etc. The only thing worse there was this http://www.autoblog.com/photos/infiniti-le-concept-new-york-2012/#photo-4944286/ and at least it elicited a strong negative response. VISUAL VALIUM who the hell green lights designs over at acura?

I'm pretty sure this interior mock up was not 100% feature correct. I was told it was used internally to give execs and other team members a feel for how the interior space would be. Nothing was functional.

I think all you guys should quite your day jobs and go be car designers. Because it sure seem like all of you guys will design home runs each an every single time. Never mind engineering restrictions, budgets, and what not.

Well, one thing is for sure and it's that being priced at around 50K this can't go straight ahead a fully loaded LS460 and the likes, but then again those cars start at nearly 70K and the one we have home came at nearly 100K...
Personally, I'm still pretty impressed by this mock-up, which for sure has exceeded my expectations in a way Honda has not managed for a while.

I think it looks good and in production form it have a conservative yet stylish look with plenty of tech. But yea, most cars are stating to look alike unless you try some Hyundia here today gone tommorow styling design. The new RDX looks so mainstream I thought it was a new Chevy at first.

Thank you Jeff for taking these shots. It gives those of us too far from New York to get a great look at it. Frankly, TOV shots were so much better than the ones on other websites that I was able to see details and lines that I didn't see before.
The interior as a mock-up is very impressive. I hope they can keep all of the good, and push it even better when it comes production.
THANKS AGAIN!
