Now, I have another question.
Once the computer dials it down to different algorithm/table of engine management until there is no knocking, I suppose. Then will it ever go back to the original table? There is no way for the computer to know which gasoline you use. Will it even try to go back? How would it to know when to try?

What I mean is say, if I used 87gas for 3~6 months instead of the prmium. So my car's computer adjusted to it. Now I went back to 91gas. Would my car's computer know it and would go back to original algorithm/table?
Or do I have to disconnect car's battery and do the reset idle-setup?
